At River City Plant Co, we take pride in offering fast and reliable delivery of our 50mm tubestock plants across Australia. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our facility in Murray Bridge, South Australia.

📦 Order Processing & Dispatch Times

• Orders are processed Monday – Wednesday, excluding public holidays.
• Processing Time: Typically 1 business day
• Delivery Time: 1-3 business days (Always sent Express)

🚚 Tracking

Tracking Details: You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

🚫 Quarantine Restrictions

Due to biosecurity regulations, we cannot ship to the Northern Territory (NT), Western Australia (WA), or Tasmania (TAS) at this time.

These states require additional inspections and paperwork for plant shipments, which introduce delays and extra costs. We are exploring solutions to offer shipping to these regions in the future.
